  • At this time, Blue Ribbon Baking ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Canada, and the United Kingdom, but not to other international locations. Blue Ribbon Baking does not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss or damage and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
